PD Registered Nurse in Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey

Overview
Morristown Medical Center, a member ofAtlantic Health System, is currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Care Unit working varied hours either 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Function:

• Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
• Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families
• Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job
• Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills

Qualifications
Education:

• BSN preferred
  

Required License:

• Valid New Jersey Nursing License required
  

Certifications :

• BLS required
  
• ACLS required
• CCRN preferred
  

Relevant Experience :

• At least 1 year criitical care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
